THEFT AT MWEA CDF OFFICES.

Mwea Constituency development fund offices were broken into today by
unknown people and four computers stolen.
The office was not broken into but it was opened with a master key to
gain access.
Area MP who spoke to the STAR on phone said that he suspects that it
was an inside job.
HE said that there is a person who wants to sabotage his work by
stealing the computers.
“There is a person who is sabotaging my work. Stealing the computers
means that I cannot access the documents and work that has been saved
in the computers” added Gitau
The Mp said that the person who managed to get into the offices was
determined to accomplish his mission without the fear of officers
since the offices are at the District Commissioners compound that is
under police guard 24/7.
Gitau also cited that the police on duty last night when it is
suspected the theft occurred should also be interrogated to give his
details.
He has however said that investigations are supposed to be done
thoroughly and those that stole the computers to be arrested.
“Police are supposed to do their investigations seriously so that they
can arrest the person behind the theft” He said.
The OCPD Apollo Onyonyi said that investigations are underway calling
for patience.
