SEEK JUSTICE IF THE COMMISSIONS ARE NOT IN PLACE.

If the two Implementation committee on constitution will not be in place by tomorrow,Kenyans should go to court seeking dissolution of parliament,Nairobi metropolitan minister Njeru Githae has said.
Speaking In Ndia,he said that the implementing committee must be in place tomorrow (today) as Kenyans were promised.
He said that politicians have played a greater role in derailing the committees work saying that politicians should not get involved in its running.
The minister added that Ligale commission was being manipulated by unseen hands that were not seen adding that the hands are in the government saying that the created constituencies were not fairly done and that is why ODM and PNU members are differing for its publication.
Mr.Githae added that some ODM members have got their constituencies divided for fear of being voted out saying that the divisions should remain the same and that they should come out and fight for the positions that they are interested in just like any other person.
Her said the crises that have been brought about by Ligale commission should not deserve to be in place if only politicians did not interfere with its running and said that Kenyans should trace and blame the right person.
He said the solution to the division was due to the manner in which less populated were rated with most populated areas.
HE added that some people want to be given favour adding that all are fighting for equality.
Retired Archbishop David Gitari said that absentism of the required quorum has disappointed Kenyans adding that by 2012 the document should be ready to pave way for a better Kenya.
He said that before tomorrow,parliamentarians should meet to seek for understanding and consensus for a solution.
HE said the two chief executives should lead the way and see that the preparations are made for the two bills for change in accordance to the constitution.
He urged parliament to do the necessary by making sure that the implementation has been done adding that if it fails,Kenyans should seek legal action.
He urged the two principals to lead the way to help resolve the impuse.
